Is there update for teracube 2e from android 11 to something more current? in easy to follow instructions

I have a teracube 2e build number 11.0.4+75a3294.user with Android version 11 with security update October 5 2021.
The last email I got from Team Tearacube was on July 18 2023 about being in smithsonian.
On April 12, 2022, 6:52 PM I got an email from Team Teracube; “Android 11 Now Available For Teracube 2e + Spare Part Availability”.
It looks like in here it is said that Android 13 is available.
I didn’t get emailed from team teracube nor did my phone show update available.
If update is available to get to Android 13- I hope there will be easy to understand (I am so not a techie- I had to look up what SN means.) instruction on how to update. or has the update been made easier yet?
I saw there were some issues.
