I have a active pre paid AT&T sim card through Redpocket Mobile. I put it into my Teracube 2e and I can make calls but LTE doesn’t work. I tried resetting the network settings but it didn’t do anything. Hope the certification goes through soon on AT&T. Its not good having a phone that only works on one network. I hate Tmobile in my area so I cant use my Teracube until I can use it on AT&T.
This could be an APN issue. Could you check/set these settings
