Bought the unlocked version of this phone and have a provider already in place. The phone was working fine but now my daughter is being prompted to purchase the wireless plan and no apps or games etc will work. Scheduled a call from Teracube for tonight, received a text to confirm the call would go ahead but sill no call received. Can someone advise how i can fix this issue or speak to someone directly. If i cant resolve this issue i will have to return the phone as its not fit for purpose.

Scheduled another call for tonight at 7:25pm, however im still waiting for a call back over 2hrs later than scheduled
Still no phonecall to sort this issue out. Scheduled another call for today. 4th time lucky I hope! What is thevpoint of being ablw to schedule a call if noone can actually be bothered to call?
