LTE Data not working on Fizz (Canada) - Solved

After updating to Android 11, it appears that I can’t connect to the internet when using data. It took me a bit to notice since I don’t leave the house every day. I’ve tried restarting with no luck, and regular wifi (via a connection like my home wifi) still works.

Seems like an APN setting issue. What carrier are you using?

Can you check if you have the right APN settings:

Fizz APN settings are:

  • APN: mobile.bm
  • MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
  • MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
  • MMS port: 80
  • APN type: default,mms,supl

Were you able to fix the issue? If yes, could you share how - was it just entering the above APN?
