2e doesn't automatically download APN settings (Virgin UK)

As it says in the title, the teracube 2e doesn’t automatically download APN settings on virgin mobile (UK). As a result, the phone appears to be connected to a data network (LTE), but can’t access the internet until the APN settings are manually entered. This is the case on two seperate handsets, and was not a problem on a previous samsung phone with the same SIM - which is why I think it’s a teracube-specific issue.

Obviously this isn’t a massive problem and is easy to remedy, but am wondering if anyone has experienced this on other networks, or indeed on virgin?

This could be an issue of mismatched APN settings in our database. Could you share the working APN settings, please? We can change them and get them out in future OTA update.
