As it says in the title, the teracube 2e doesn’t automatically download APN settings on virgin mobile (UK). As a result, the phone appears to be connected to a data network (LTE), but can’t access the internet until the APN settings are manually entered. This is the case on two seperate handsets, and was not a problem on a previous samsung phone with the same SIM - which is why I think it’s a teracube-specific issue.
Obviously this isn’t a massive problem and is easy to remedy, but am wondering if anyone has experienced this on other networks, or indeed on virgin?
