Since my request to support@myteracube.com seems to have been ignored, I’ll try it here.
The main camera (ID:0) of my Teracube 2e (2020) failed. Due to the symptoms, I’m sure it is a hardware problem. So I’m asking for a new camera module for replacement. What do I need to do to get one? I’m living in Germany.
