To our Teracube community in Europe and Canada, we’re writing today with a heavy heart to share some difficult news about the future of our operations in your regions.
For a small company like ours, our mission has always been to create sustainable electronics. A crucial part of that mission is creating a sustainable business. Over the last few years, the landscape has changed significantly. Due to steadily rising costs for international shipping, parts, and logistics, it has become increasingly difficult to efficiently manage sales and support in the EU and Canada. In addition, contract negotiations with our EU warehouse partner have broken down and we have to cease operations there immediately.
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue all direct Teracube sales and device support in the EU and Canada, effective Sept 15, 2025.
Important: Murena Teracube Support Continues!
This change does not impact our partnership with Murena. If you purchased a Teracube device with /e/OS through Murena, your support channel remains unchanged. Murena will continue to provide excellent support for their devices in the EU and Canada.
What this means for you if you own a Teracube-branded phone in the EU or Canada:

End of Direct Support: After Sept 15, 2025, we will no longer be able to offer warranty services, repairs and parts in CA and EU.

Software is Unaffected: We want to be very clear that your phone will not stop working. You will continue to receive the same Android OS and security updates as all other users.

End of Sales: We will no longer ship any products, parts, and accessories to the EU and Canada from our website.
This is not a step we take lightly. We are immensely grateful to every one of you who joined our journey, supported our vision, and used our devices. Thank you for being a foundational part of our community.
