In Android’s Do Not Disturb settings, there is an option to allow a call to go through if the same person calls back within 15 minutes of their first call. The idea is in an emergency, if someone tries calling and you don’t answer, they can try calling back again immediately, and that time their call will go through even if the phone is on Do Not Disturb mode. I found out today that feature is not working.
This is a serious problem!! Please look into getting this resolved as quickly as possible!
Rep steps:
- On the Teracube 2e, pull down from the top and long press on Do Not Disturb.
- Tap on People, then Calls.
- Select None, then turn on Allow repeat callers.
- Go back to Do Not Disturb settings, and turn Do Not Disturb mode on.
- Press the power button to lock the phone.
- Call the Teracube 2e from a different phone. Let it ring until it gets to voicemail. The Teracube 2e does not ring (as expected).
- Call the Teracube 2e from that same phone again. The Teracube 2e still does not ring, even though it should.
