Yes - Android 10 (Zirconia; 2020) is still good for Google Pay. Similarly, Android 11 for Emerald (2021) is good as well.

Would it be possible for someone with Android 10 Zirconia or Android 11 Emerald to compare their tests in YASNAC - SafetyNet Checker to see if thereā€™s an obvious difference? Iā€™d expect theyā€™d have the same model to pass, but if Android 11 Zirconia or either modelā€™s Android 12 have some level of failure, that might present a next step. Iā€™ve found this to be more sensitive than most - my phone still officially passes Play Store Certification on 11.0.4 Zirconia, and Netflix and other Certified-only apps continue to appear, but my Google Pay hasnā€™t worked since they made the non-functional Play Services update last month.
