Yes - multiple parent/guardian support was added in Oct 2023 Parent app release (version 1.4.6+).

This assumes that at least one parent/guardian is connected to the child’s phone. Please follow these steps to connect additional parents/guardians:

On the child’s phone:

  1. Swipe up on the home screen and open the “Teracube” app
  2. Click “Switch Parent” to see QR code

On the additional Parent/Guardian’s iPhone or Android:

  1. Install the “Teracube Parent” app from app store
  2. Log in and tap “Add Child”
  3. Scan the QR code from the child’s phone
  4. Tap “Share” to share the child profile from the 1st parent

Now both parents/guardians share the child profile. You can as many as you want.

On the child’s phone, what does “Switch Parent” do?
Switch Parent is a feature on the Thrive phone that allows the parent and the child to connect additional parents/guardians or delete all old connections and set up a new connection.
