Here is what our Google search shows as APN settings so far:
Name: bob.at
APN: bob.at
username: data@bob.at
password: ppp
MCC: 232
MNC: 11

Are these APN settings automatic or did you create them? Could you try a new APN with only the settings I mentioned - leave all other settings as undefined (for example: your APN settings have the Proxy and Port but maybe they should not be there)
Those APN settings were automatic. But I followed your advice (creating a completely new APN) and now it works. Thank you very much!
