Backbone controller not working

I just recieved a Backbone V2 Android controller. It works fine on my Samsung S21 Ultra, but does not function on my Teracube 2e. The 2e detects a charging device only. Any clue how to get this working?

I’m not finding any specs on the BackBone V2. Do you possibly mean the Razer Kishi V2?

Can you please provide what Android version both devices are using?

There really shouldn’t be anything blocking it from working on the 2E, so this is a bit confusing, for sure.
