When are the replacement batteries for the 2e going to be back in stock? I’ve been trying to get one for about a month now. I’m getting very short usage times - my phone cut out in the middle of an important medical assessment video conference today. It’s very slow at charging over 50%.

The batteries showed up as back in stock in the UK store on Thursday, so I ordered one straight away. It was delivered yesterday (Saturday).

Thanks for the speedy service!

However, I still haven’t received the email to notify me that they were back in stock! Perhaps your stock notification system needs looking at?

I’ll forward it to the team to have them check our stock system to see why it did not notify.

Did you check all the usual suspects to see if the Stock Notification Email got spam-listed for you (Spam/Junk/Bulk folders)?

Edit:
The Stock Notification system is being reworked to be more reliable and should be ready Q1 2025 or so.

My battery on my teracube 2e seems to have gone south, it’s empty if i leave the phone shut down for a few days…

can you please give me a link to the shop in order to buy a new one in the UK?

The phone’s main selling point is user replaceable battery, and it is still being actively marketed and sold brand-new as teracube 2s, but when the batteries actually need replacing the team “forgets” to restock. That’s not cool.

That link no longer works. Have you got a working link please. I’m in the UK and need a new battery (and a new screen too, ideally, but that’s less important/ urgent).

Thanks. They are a bit pricey! I could almost get a new 2nd hand phone for the same price…

Edit, actually once the extortionate shipping (how can sending something so small cost so much?!?) is added I literally could get a new 2nd hand phone in good condition for less! (e.g. this Samsung S9 for £100 from CeX )

It makes a bit of a mockery of the point of having replacement batteries IMHO.

I think I’ll investigate which Samsung I can easily install Murena on and get a new 2nd hand phone instead.
