I have a teracube-2e and it a really good phone. I think it is about 4 years old and I want to replace the battery. So I bought a new one at myteracube.com, put it in, loaded it, but nothing happens. The old battery still works. I have opened a ticket, written an email to support, but I don’t get any answer. I want to give this battery back. Can anybody tell me what I can do?
