I have a Teracube 1 with yet another defective screen - this one has gone black so I can’t access commands. I do have a Blue Rigger dongle to get access via mouse and external screen, only the phone is not sending image to external screen via the HDMI. HOW do I access phone so I can backup and transfer all data to new phone??
T1 and T2e do not support Display out over USB. Unfortunately, there is no way to backup data in your state. Any backup options have to be setup beforehand (for example Google backup).
