Call and text over wifi using Bell

Hi there,

I’ve seen others having trouble getting their phone to work with wifi. My tower service isn’t great here, so I rely on this, but having followed some of the suggestions, I’m not sure I can use this phone to text or call using wifi. Any suggestions? I’d hate to have to return the new phone.

Hi @Brandon - welcome to Teracube forums. Few basic things to check:

  1. Have you enabled Wifi calling? You can check at Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Wifi calling

  2. Once enabled, drag from the top and see what kind of icons you get on your top-right. Does it say VoLTE or does it say VoWifi

  3. When calling someone, does the calling window have HD or the wifi icon on it?
