Q2: How can I access the Call History feature?

To access the Call History feature, open the Teracube Thrive Parent App, navigate to the child’s profile, and select the Call History tab.

Q3: What information is available in the Call History?

The Call History provides details such as the contact name or number, call type (incoming, outgoing, missed or blocked), date and time of the call, and call duration.

Q4: How can I enable the Call History feature?

You will have to explicitly enable Call History setting to be able to see the call logs. Go to Child’s profile in the parent app, click on Account Settings → Enable “Call History”.

Q6: How often is the Call History updated?

The Call History is updated in real-time, provided that both the parent and child devices have an active internet connection.

Q7: I can’t see the Call History. What should I do?

Ensure that the latest version of the Teracube Thrive app is installed on the parent’s device. Also, make sure the child’s software is upgraded. Restarting the child’s device will automatically install the latest updates.
