Issue: Unable to make calls and this error appears when a call is attempted. The phone seems to think that I am in the middle of a call. The last Call I received will continue notify me, asking if I want to answer or dismiss. Any attempts to respond back with a text, decline or answer only appear to “refresh” the screen that shows I am being called.
how to reproduce: I’m not able to consistently reproduce it, but what does seem to cause it is when I receive a call, it will sometimes cause this issue.
I am using T-Mobile network in the US. I believe the only way to fix it is by restarting the phone which is extremely frustrating. In addition, while this issue is occurring, my phone doesn’t appear to receive calls and the calls that caused the issue doesn’t show up in the recent calls list.
