Camera not working on replacement Teracube 2e

About a month ago, I received a replacement Teracube 2e after my previous device was damaged due to water exposure. I paid the required repair fee, but unfortunately, the camera on the new phone does not work. It says another app is using the camare, but it is not right

I’ve tried restarting the device and using alternative camera apps such as Open Camera, but the issue persists. I’ve also attempted to contact Teracube support multiple times via email (support@myteracube.com), but I haven’t received any response.

I originally purchased my first Teracube device in 2023, so it’s been about two years. Since then, I’ve experienced several issues—mostly related to the camera—and have had my phone replaced under warranty at least three times.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Can you provide a bit more information about the phone?

It is likely an emerald (2021x serial), but what version of Android does it have? Have you upgraded to the latest v14.1.x stable and re-tested?

What camera(s) do not work? Front, back, back wide, all?

I’m using an Emerald device and have already upgraded to the latest version (v14.1), but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue. Both cameras are still not working, and I’m starting to get worried because I haven’t received any response from the support team
