Can't download common apps

We are unable to download these 3 apps:
Life360
Venmo
Planet fitness
Kind of need these…does anyone know if its is possible to get these on our terecube 2e or not?

What version 2e are you using, and what version of Android?

I use two of those apps on my emerald T2e running Android 12.1 with no issues. The installed versions of Life360 and Venmo appear to be the latest and greatest from Google Play.

So you are having issues on a Zirconia on Android 11?

Hi @Linda_Oxford - could you tell us the following:

  1. What is your build number ? Settings > About phone > Build
  2. What happens when you search these apps in play store? Do they not have the Install button or do they not open?
