I have tried to connect to wifi but my network doesn’t broadcast (private). How do i fix that?
Tap and hold the Wi-Fi tile, and scroll down until you see Add Network, where you can specify the connection parameters manually.
I have done that, i even selected advanced settings and selected yes for private network.
It should just connect eventually, though it may take a little bit for the beacons to be sent by the AP, unless you modified that to take longer than normal?
Do you see it associate from the AP’s side?
I am having issues with connecting on Wi-Fi.
I can connect on my Wi-Fi at home and access internet and APP Lounge, when I connect at the office. The phone gives me a message “No Internet Available” on this connection. I have AT&T at both locations.
What do I need to check?
Taxmantim.
Usually the No Internet Available message when connected over WiFi means they (whoever is administering the Wifi network) are filtering the address Android is using to check for captive portal/network connectivity.
If your connection works, you can safely ignore it, even though it is annoying to see.
