/e/OS installation failed and the phone does not start anymore

Hi,

My phone is Teracube 2e (Zirconia model):
I was trying to install the /e/OS with a help of Easy Installer, but failed at full command = [cmd.exe, /c, ““C:\Program Files\easy-installer\bin\scripts\reboot-fastboot.bat” “202011T2E002636” “C:\Program Files\easy-installer\bin\adb””] and I saw the /e/OS recovery mode. After that I was trying to install the OS according to this instruction:
Install /e/OS on a Teracube Teracube 2e (2020) - “zirconia” with this ROM: https://images.ecloud.global/stable/zirconia/IMG-e-1.17-s-20231109350748-stable-zirconia.zip
but again failed after all the steps completed. In the end, after all “fastboot flash” commands succeeded and performing fastboot reboot I got into a phone that does not charge/boot up and start.

What did I do wrong and is there any chance to recover it?

When trying to proceed with SP Flash Tool it gave me this:

Hash mismatch sounds like the download didn’t fully succeed and your ROM is failing the hash/validity check. Have you tried downloading the ROM again?

Dear Maymne,
Thank you! I have redownloaded the image, installed Mediatek SP drivers, restarted Windows. I have pushed Volume - button before attaching USB while clicking on Download button in SP Flash Tool and that did the trick! Wow, Just a while ago it did not turn on, charge and so on. And today I have debricked that phone back to life again. Thanks again for the community of great people!
