Finding EID

I am activating a new SIM for a new, out-of-the-box 2e and really having trouble with ATT to get service.

They are claiming that the only option left is to provide them with the EID number for the phone, however when I search for this in the settings it just takes me to the phone’s SIM status. The actual EID number is nowhere to be found. Please help!

EID is only to be used with an E-Sim, none of our Teracube devices support E-Sim, if you’re looking for the IMEI number you can get it by calling *#06# or by removing the battery cover and battery on the back of your device.
