Anyone else finding the front facing camera is not opening lately? I get an error message that another app may be using the camera so it can’t be opened, but there is no other app using it. I have tried in the native google camera app and a 3rd party app, open camera. Have tried rebooting of course. The rear camera works. I Installed the May 24 o/s patch. Any ideas?
Hi @sandra - I’m guessing you have the 11.0.2 update on SN:2020 unit? Please confirm. Did the camera stop working immediately after the update?
Steps to try:
- Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Search for “Camera” app > Clear Storage
- Do a soft reset.
- If that doesn’t work, please share logs using these steps.
