Here are the steps to reset your Teracube Thrive Parent app password:
- If you are logged out, then skip to step 4.
- On the main app dashboard, tap the bottom-right icon for Parent profile.
- Tap the 3-dots on top-right and tap “Logout”.
- Tap “Already have an account”.
- Tap “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Login in the app once you have the new password.
