All of a sudden my phone restarted and I was presented with the initial setup screen. Everything was deleted and I lost all my data!!!
That is unfortunate - we are sorry to hear that. This can happen in extremely rare circumstances on Android phones - and that is why backups are very important. I hope you had everything backed up on Google.

Now that I lost everything. I installed the Android 10 Alpha. Is there any better way then Google Backup?
Google backup will not back up the apps data and settings, which defeats the whole purpose.
