Is there a setting where I can adjust the “speed” of the keyboard? As in, it doesn’t keep up with my thumb typing, and I’m not sure if I’m looking in the right place in settings to change that, if it can be changed. For example, when I’m typing quickly, when I type “things”, I get “tig”, or if I type “something”, I get “smtig”.
And yes, I have removed the protective sticker over the screen!

Other thing to try is an alternative 3rd party keyboard like Swiftkey (disclaimer: at your own risk)
