In german news magazin “Heise” there’s an article about a new “Rephone”. Well, look at the pictures there or on Rephone site, at the specs - it looks A LITTLE BIT 
like a Tearcube 3 clone to me…
Any hints on that?

Those overall specs and feature set look good to me! 
As I am U.S. based, more U.S.-specific frequencies would need to be supported and even perhaps the addition of 5G capability as a stretch-goal could be offered- this would extend functionality of the “T3” for well into the foreseeable future.
