Anyone else have issues with the Microphones stopped working on phone. No damage no issues to device. Bluetooth still works.
Hi, would you mind elaborating when does the microphone not working? Is it for phone calls, Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom, etc? More information would help us to diagnose what the problem is and how we can assist you.
Check for debris in the mic. The hole is tiny, so it doesn’t take much to block it, some pocket lint would block it.
See if the phone is in headphone mode (you’ll see a headphone icon at the top). We had an issue with that and there was something lodged in the headphone hole.
