One speaker set non-functional

Phone is working great so far! Except for this one thing…

Upon activating my device out of the box, I took notice that the speaker on the bottom left edge of the phone has no sound emanating from it. I tested sound quality and volume distribution in multiple apps (YouTube, Play Music etc.) and only the speaker on the bottom right edge puts out sound. Am I wrong, or aren’t both sets of 6-hole openings on either side of the charging port external speakers? Has anyone else experienced this?

Where is the warranty?

Yes, I’ve noticed this too calling on speaker phone.

Hi no it only has a single speaker. That is extremely common. The dual sided holes is for looks my pixel XL was the same way. Same with my wife present phone.

You are correct - the phone has only one speaker :slight_smile:. The 2nd grill is for design parity.
