A parent notified us that their own contacts and calendar synced to their child’s thrive phone. This would happen if the parent logs in using their own email address on the thrive phone.
Recommended Setup
Use a new/separate email address specifically made for your child while logging into the Thrive phone. Do not use the parent’s email address on Thrive. This way your parent’s data like contacts and calendar will not sync to your child’s Thrive phone.
