Recently I have an unusual experienced with my phone’s screen display. It kept flickering once every 6-7 second. I did updated to the latest software and also did factory reset per advised by tech support but still no luck my phone still keep flickering. So I was wondering what might be problem and what should I do now?

Hi I just got my Teracube today and am having this issue. Updated to Build 6 then 7, but the issue persisted. About every 10 seconds.
Since you have already tried a factory reset and the latest stable builds, it is likely that the unit has a HW defect. Please email us at support@myteracube.com to start a warranty replacement.
