the phone icon is pressed to answer a call, goes immediately to a solid white screen, you hear one ring, then it closes ending the call and returns to home screen.

the version of android is 11 and the carrier is ATT

Can you please use the System Updater app to check for and install any pending updates from TeraCube?
We have launched Android 13 as Stable, so it should be waiting for your device once you check.
there is no update to android 11 says the phone. says phone is up to date and offers no update
