Yesterday my phone was working and it asked to update to a new version today. Once I updated and installs the software it keeps getting stuck on reboot and says the “phone is starting…” but keeps show that until it goes to sleep and then I unlock the screen to try to continue reboot and it just keeps doing the same thing. I’ve turned it off and back one with sim card and then without sim card. Still getting the same problem of the reboot not finalizing.

Do you know what version you had prior to the update, and what version it asked you to update to?
