Had some water get in through the speakers/charge port. I’m trying to dry it out, but it would help if I could get the screen or back disassembled to make sure there’s no moisture in there. can’t find any videos on disassembling the One, and I’m not sure if there is adhesive keeping the panels on.

Yes, there is an adhesive gasket between the mid-frame and the screen.
You can try to heat/stretch it off, but it isn’t a user-serviceable part/assembly on the One.
Do you have any other dessicant you can put the One in?
