my phone is on but when i but the pin code thew phone is always restarting and dasnta go to the system or allow me to but my sim card code thanks a lot

If you remove the SIM card, can you boot the phone normally?
What does the screen look like when you can’t use it?
Including I send the picture what is the problem with the phone calls when I put my PIN code on the my phone is always checking and restart checking and restart any always ask me my PIN code that’s the

I’m sorry, but I’m not certain what is happening quite yet. It sounds like possibly a faulty SIM and SIM passcode, but I’m not certain.
Have you tried removing the SIM card and using another to see if the behavior stops?
