When I try to view my promotional Gmail messages it gives an error message and kills Gmail
Could be a Gmail bug. See if the factory version can handle your promotional email better.
- “Disable” Gmail in Settings > Apps .
- And re-enable it.
- Gmail should now be at factory shipping version. Try it now.
I tried your suggestion but it didn’t work
I found out it was a Gmail bug. I reinstalled Gmail this morning and now all is good
