Reglued Teracube 2e screen to rest of phone; screen still goes black

It does have splotches from some moisture damage at the bottom, but those have been there for a while. Almost half a year.

I used b7000 and followed the instructions (apply activator and wait. sparingly apply glue to one surface - maybe I wasn’t exact with that. It’s my first time, alright!)

I don’t know what to do now. I did this as soon as the screen came unglued Wednesday
last week.

What exact behaviors are you having with the phone now? Is the screen completely broken?

Once a day, when I turn it on, the screen flashes for a moment and shows the lock screen.
I cannot use it for anything.

So, once the lock screen is shown, it does not accept any touch inputs, right?

Do things like the volume and power/lock button work at all? Does the screen update the time or notifications, or is it basically bricked?

It does not accept any touch inputs. The power and volume buttons do work. But the screen does not display anything, so it is basically bricked.

This sounds like a bad screen/cable, so I think a replacement would be best at this point.

Can you reach out to support@myteracube.com to review your options?

I did message them about this before I tried to fix it. I think I’ve voided the warranty now.
And the store is out of stock for replacement screens.

They can work with you to determine warranty status or offer other options.

They also can access parts a bit easier than the storefront, so may be able to help you quicker.
