Hello, i observed a possible problem with the offering of replacement parts? The teracube parts store has only few parts and all only for the 2e. What is with parts for the teracube one? I used my last smartphone for 9 years, because the battery was shot. For this model, no replacement battery exists. Also the complete smartphone are shot. Will there be this problem with the 2e as well? How long will batteries and other parts be available for the 2e? Is there a problem with replacement parts?

The One was not a user-serviceable device, so we only have offered accessories for it like cases and screen protectors.
The 2e, however, was designed to be user serviceable to a large degree, and that’s why you see the parts available for it.
