Screen Replacement and Teracube Support Problem - Others affected?

I am looking for people with the same problem and/or a way to get a reaction from the Teracube team

I have ordered and received a screen replacement for my Teracube 2e and encountered some problems. I have been in contact with the support for the original order since even though the screen was advertised for 60 $ in the shop i still ended up paying 72 $. I was promised that i would receive the difference back but nothing happened.
When i tried to replace my screen with the new one i noticed that the new screen only has one instead of two orange “cables”. When i added that question to the ongoing price discussion i was told that support would check with technical colleagues and come back. They didn’t, not even after multiple reminders.
I opened another support ticket for both topics. No reply.

Now i am looking for either other people experiencing the same or a reaction from the support team.

Apart from that, does anyone have advice on how either get my money back or a new screen in case Teracube does not react?
