Sim card issues

So now, the system is telling me that my sim card needs to be reconfigured. And because that would delete all the information currently stored there, I am reluctant to do that. But good grief — it worked just fine and now it wants to reconfigure?

Could you try the following:

  1. See if a reboot fixes it.
  2. If not, does the same SIM work in the 2nd SIM slot or a different phone?
  3. Could you share screenshot of where you see the reconfiguration requirement.
