Follow these steps if you have received a replacement Thrive phone from Teracube:

Transfer your SIM card and the protective case from the old phone to the replacement phone.

Set up the replacement phone using your child’s Google ID. Google should restore all contacts and apps to the new phone.

On your Teracube parent app, go inside the child profile > 3-dots > delete profile.

Tap “Add child” and pair it to the replacement phone using the QR code shown on the child’s phone (On child’s replacement phone, open Play store or Teracube app to see the QR code).
If you received an advanced replacement, the box contains a prepaid shipping label. Once everything works, please return the old phone to us using the label.
