So I did some searching as some of my Bluetooth items had stuttering and some didn’t.
With the upgrade to android 10 I found this odd. So one of the solutions which didn’t help in previous build seems to work for this build.
Go into Bluetooth and have your phone forget the Bluetooth device that is stuttering. Turn off said device and then start it then re pair the device.
This has so far fixed all of my devices that still suffered from stuttering.
