I need to be able to be reached and I’ve checked it’s not a do not disturb thing or just the ring volume I get calls and it just doesn’t ring I don’t know what to do.

Sorry for the trouble.
What version of /e/OS are you on, and, as silly as this sounds, have you checked the individual volume slider for the ringer, as well as ensuring the ringtone you have chosen is present/reachable?
For instance, if you set a custom one on a microSD card and remove the microSD card, it may not fail gracefully to a default ringer all the time.

Thank you… I’m on e/OS v4.1.1. I’ve checked the ring volume, but I did add a Mint Mobile card and switch it to my main one recently because Visible which I was using before was having problems so maybe it’s that?
