I had a report from several people that text messages were repeatedly looping on their end — they were receiving multiple copies of the same text over and over until I literally re-booted my phone.
I don’t have a screen shot because I had no idea it was happening before they reported to me, and we were too busy trying to stop the looping on their end first.

That used to happen to me on Android 7 receiving messages from people with Iphones. I’ve never heard of it going the other way. I used to just turn airplane mode on then off and it would quit.
I will try that and report back. Thanks
