I’m having issues that presented over the last 2 weeks. Contacts in my phone show up as Unknown Caller. I’m on Consumer Cellular. Anyone having a similar issue?
I have seen that issue myself before and not just Teracube phone. This can happen when your contact list is not being synced, and often it is due to the Google account sync wasn’t executed properly. First thing to do is to check your Google account sync and make sure it is set up correctly. After that, power down your phone, wait for 10 seconds before start it back up again. This will fix 90% of the cases.
