Video recorder not working

Hello,
Just started using the Terracube 2e and can’t get the video recorder to work. I get an “unknown error, video halted” message when i try to record. Is there some way i can fix this? Thanks.

Hi @Fenix - welcome to Teracube forums. Few questions:

  1. Could you confirm if your serial number starts with 2021? Serial number can be found on the box, under the battery or you can dial *#06#.

  2. Are you able to take pictures with the camera?

  3. Are you trying to save on the SD card?

  4. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Search for “Camera” > Storage > Clear Storage.
    4.1 Try taking video again.
