Wavering signal on Verizon, no texts,

When switching over my SIM card from my old phone, I get signal bars, but they vary continuously. I can’t send texts, and calls seem intermittent. I took it to the Verizon store a couple times, and they weren’t able to help much, since it was connecting and receiving signal, but things are shotty. Not sure if there is something I am missing in terms of settings, etc.

The first time I took it in, the Verizon tech changed the network type in settings, which helped somewhat with making calls.

Hi @deliberate - Teracube phones are not compatible with Verizon network. This is most likely the reason for your experience.

Most likely explanation, indeed. Not sure how I missed that when ordering. That’s a bummer. Thanks for the reply.
