Hi, my screen recently broke, and so I ordered a replacement from the website. It came, I installed it, but the screen is really dark and not color accurate even in how dim it is. The lock screen also keeps moving like it’s being touched, but not accepting my touch input. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the display cable, and that made it a litttle better, but not much. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or any chance the screen sent to me was damaged before I got it? TIA!

It is not likely it was damaged, but it perhaps could be defective.
Can you reach out to support@myteracube.com and reference this forum post so they can set you up with a replacement?
