Just want to say that the replacement service I got was excellent! My 2e had a fault right before I flew out of the country and I was able to get a new unit sent to an address at my destination. Realising that there were certain things that I couldn’t move over to the new unit until I got home, I requested to delay the return of the old handset until that point. Returning was easy and the deposit refund prompt.
